So developing KF all by myself can ocassionally get pretty sad and dull. Sometimes I just have to throw down with my specimens and have an all-out BOX PARTY. little did I know that this box party would get out of hand quickly, and thanks to abit of unpredictable coding, would cost the lives of a group of specimens just looking for a good time. Watch in awe.. www.killingfloor.freedomsnet.net/DeadlyBoxes.wmv(On a serious note, the feature i'm developing is abit like what the zombies in HL2 do, they just move physics objects out of their path, if they can. I have already fixed the bug which caused them to instant-die. It was basically a bit of code which forced them into the floor when they stood on top of any KActor )

Haha that was great, the music made it even better. I'm hoping that comes out nicely though because then you might be able to make barricades or something along those lines.

Now that sounds good. Another question in regards to physics, will the weird bug of spinning outta control with the karma physics be fixed? People keep saying Karma shud be removed completely, I disagree, however it does get rather annoying when your running away and you step on say a locker only to spin around about 10 times!

Pisses me off, too it's fixed for zombies now, since they kind of "auto-Jump off" karma objects, rather than stand on them and go for a ride now... and i'm testing some code that makes them immovable / unspinnable when a player is standing on them.

Awesome, I love physics in games. Especially zombie based games. Hope the coding goes smoothly...or easily either one. Doubt it will but eh I tried

Yeah I noticed that too, the new GUI, pistol lighting is definately a step in the right direction.
If the KARMA physics could be fixed for players it would be awesome, the zombies pushing objects is an ace idea, it would be awesome if players could move objects and block pathways, then the Specimens come along and attempt to push em outta the way!
I truly cannot wait for 2.5, this mod needs a good send off.

Haha, genius, made my day ;D If this works out, it´ll be pretty fun. Specimens will be much easier to spot, too, you´ve just got to look for flying pieces of furniture . Its my job, I mean I'm not good at coding or anything so I'm by default useless ;D "Useless by default" is a t-shirt design waiting to happen.

Will the objects that are thrown at you hurt you like they would in HL2?
