I never wanted America to steal the spotlight, but in a logical thought if this "Problem" was spreading I'm sure the other countries right next to the UK would start panicking, assuming that the initial outbreak is in London. France, Germany, Belgium and other members of the EU would probably try to help. Aahhhh, that made me laugh ;D. To be honest, I was about to write a little essay about the UK refusing to join in the whole €-thing and the economical effect when I noticed that the UK still is a member of the European Union. Anyway, there´s a huge water barrier between Great Britain and the rest of Europe, meaning that there won´t be an immediate effect on the rest of those countries (and their respective economies). Now, as we all know by now or will know at some point in the future there is no such thing as honor in politics. There would have been a military response to those attacks - the question is: When? Maybe even faster than I can imagine but then the next question would be: With what? Now, don´t get me wrong, I´m not trying to stress the international relationships here, I just know enough about this countries´ leaders not to trust them ;D. Again, please don´t hit me and please don´t wait for me with pointy sticks when I ultimately visit Britain (something I´ve been planning to do for a while).

Ohhh, right, the tunnel ... Mhh ... this certainly requires an immediate military response (well, now it does ).

That quote makes you seem like a dick. All it is is harmless speculation about the game - and several people care because they actually have something called an imagination and can get involved in the story of games rather than just 'play' them. No need to get hostile, Joey. The simple fact is, Americans are not being added to the game, and that's final. We can all sit here and debate about how other countries would intervene blah blah, but since it's not going to be added to game. What's the honest point of making up all these ideas? Write a story if your imagination is so vivid. I wanna read it. Hitler could roam around for several years before American intervention. That was before NATO. : )

raw materials; self-sufficient labs? Maybe solar/hydro/wind powered labs?
and about other countries: the DRF is an emergency response force right? so that means the the infection hasn't been going on for long enough for other countries to gather up forces to help anyway, assuming that DRF actually came straight away, that means that they and the british army was quickly overpowered by continuous zombie attacks :P
anyway, all this speculation is just for fun, let it be :P

I just wanted a nice discussion, nothing personal. I knew it would never get added anyway. Just wanted to get everyones input on the situation and maybe get some answers to the holes in the storyline thats all.

If he didn't care he should have just stayed out of the thread... And About that story...its nearly done - and it will blow your mind. ;D

I tried, honestly I did. But I just, couldn't complete this senta-
Instead, I have formed a one way algorithm in which to tell you that this thread shall perish and burn, from within a humble flame. The torch obeys it master, it will burn things. It will never threaten to stab you.

I may also like to add for those of you who have seen 'that particular flash cartoon' a handsome Australian quote: WTF mate?

America would have a damned field day with zombies... they'd just bomb the crap out of them, oblivious to the fact that it doesn't really do much...
But hey, long as the explosions are pretty.
Honestly, I think the government would be happy to finally have an enemy that the country would mostly agree upon blowing up.
