i saw in the video u playing : Swamp - WestLondon - BioticsLab - Manor  and i saw u standing on cheating position in "WestLondon" ( up the gate ) ;D Its Nice and cool music but ...  its like other videos ( nothing special in this video )  |

Various ways. Using video capturing software, such as Gamecam. Or using your favourite video editing software to record your screen(Harder...) , programs like Windows Movie Maker can do this(I reccomend you download the latest Windows Movie Maker, last time I checked it was 2, and 2 is much better than 1 |

Record a demo Dumpframes the demo Compile an avi w/ vdub and your codec of choice. There are other ways but this yields the highest quality video and gives you the opportunity to automate camera and time dialation settings, especially if you're using cam tools like RypelCam. This is a good example of what can be done w/ the method above and a little time. |

Or if you want to go a step further, ask the admin to server demo rec the game, then you have much more footage in which to capture yourself.
