The last three weapons (chainsaw, double-barrel, and LAW) were added more or less on a whim. I can't tell you what the other weapons/equipment will be like, because we haven't thought of 'em yet.

im getting kinda sick of this mp5 stuff, i live in england, britain whatever and never in my life have i seen a real ak 47 with my eyes... sure you get them on loads of games and in england its was about £40 pound for one...uhm guns where banned in the uk after about 2 months.
just ask me anything the chance of getting or finding a gun in a house or office block is very slim, and i mean VERY
(actualy most of the poilice dont carry pistols)
the only realy armed forces if the british militery (sas, royal marines, cold stream gaurd (hehehe i wonder what happend to the queen when the out break happend) and anyother..fine the scottish regiments too...happy you highland bastard.
the 'bullpup' is actualy not a gun but a class of a gun (well i think) it means a small compacted gun, it doesnt fire a big tripple wammy rifle bullet but a tiny bullet that has been specialy desighned to totaly cause as much totaly unreparible damage to human body (and yes a head shot still kills)...the uzi is sort of a bull pup...
the uk's army uses only a few of american and other countrys weaponry, mainly our weps like the one included in kf... and if you are thinking about the air rifle and air pistols well tough luck almost every estate has one but they are starting to face a ban (oh for bloody fart knockers sake), well air rifles and air pistols do take bloody ages to reload, a C o 2 air gun or pistol would GOOD seeing as though there is not as much reloading (these gassy guns started of the ban cos they where as strong as a rusty old rifle, and did plenty of bad too) just like to say the bullets fired from these weapons of mass springidness are made out of led incase, the infected can intake even further brain damage those stupid retarded steven hwarkin clones...
and for those ass holes who took my car lock of last night will be shot ....survivers shot again....anyone remaining from that will be kicked in the ribs severely....

What about mini-flamethrower made out of a aerosol spray can and a lighter. Don't tell me they banned hairspray in the UK as well!?

Moo, your right in the sense that its a TYPE of firearm, rather than a single model of a gun. A bullpup is the name given to any weapon that loads its ammunition from the back. So the trigger is in front of the loading chamber. Weapons which can be classed as bullpups: L85A1 (the one in Killing Floor) P90 Steyr Aug Theres hundreds of other examples, such as sniper rifles that use bullpup designs, and some rare Kalashnikov models incorporate the bullpup design. The idea behind a bullpup is so that in a city fighting situation, the barrel length stays the same (long barrel - More accurate), without the gun sticking to far out in front of you. So for example, in a situation where you'll be turning round a corner, if you turn round a corner with a gun like the AK, the enemy will see your AK, know you're there and be ready to shoot you when you pop a fleshy target out. Theres that half-a-second to a second warning which can end in you being shot. But if your using a bullpup weapon, where the barrel isnt too far ahead of you, the enemy doesnt have that 1/2 second to a second warning... Also if you have a bullpup design, you can rest the gun on window sills, walls etc. without the mag getting in the way. It has nothing to do with the calibre of the bullet... But none the less, it was a good effort I agree with you in the other stuff moo ! -Jack

Jack wins!
I was looking for generic weapon names ... nothing too specific.
The IDEA was to make a basic rifle that supported that design. So bullpup fits
I i start calling it an L85A2 Rifle or something...it just kills the idea of Killing floor
which is fantasy. This mod isnt about realism.

thank you thank you *see now ur gonna make me cry* the bad thing is about the bull pup desighn is yes ..the cartridge is behind the trigger ...whers the cartridge release ..at the back this is real bad for a soldier as while holding the gun you could accidently release the cartridge and just imagin that happening to you in a wall of undead vs ur last cartridge... (yes i know its not the realism that counts but the game) also reloading while prone with the bull pup is kinda awkward , and the gun can only be held properly with the right arm (or was it left hmm..)

Don't tell me they banned hairspray in the UK as well!? hey thats a god idea (i was thinking about it but i would never pinch the seargents hair sprey he would be furious) a fire extuingisher freez them to death or simply give them a good cracking. the firemans hose to send them flying, they didnt ban it ...yet i think i might start it. and hey could we have a range of melee weps like a plank of wood a garbage can lid, wich are not exrtemely detailed or only last a few hits light weight easy to carry u know like in half life 2 but u dont just pick them but use them..they can be anything jam jar, glasses, barbie dolls that kind of stuff

Some kind of makeshift weapon. Like something electrical....
Maybe a kind of tazer thing? Or one of those little tazer pistols?
Electrocuted zombies would definitely be something new, though I'm not sure y electricity would hurt them much.....
