Minion, I was pointing out that you brought out pointless melodrama with this thread title. We don't really mind if you leave, it's your choice, and if you don't want to be a part of the community, then fine. If you haven't noticed though, people like Alex and Faust have been BUSTING THEIR ASSES to make this work for people like you. Before you go mouthing off about us, remember, you're the one who gave us this emo good-bye crap and then turned the thread into a bug discussion.

These guys worked day and night to bring us a quality product, and you can't even click spell check when you're describing a system crash. Don't deify this.

You know how to go about reporting this stuff by now, and yet you have completely failed to do so. It sucks that you have a problem, but considering you are the only one to bring it up, typical problem-solving logic deduces that the issue lies with you. Have you disabled your firewall? Are you actually running an updated version, or do you just think you are? How about the patches? Any mods you yourself have installed or done? Spyware? Viruses? Are you lying about having a legit copy, because that's important.

If you still want to leave, fine, but if you haven't noticed, EVERYONE here has issues, and we're all working to fix those.

actually iv reported this before in someone Else's post that i was having the same problem and no one answered and also the guys who worked on this can have a break its up to them, not me alls I'm saying is there needs to be a way that people problems get fixed. Not some lame ass answer like "is it updated" when people explain the problem like it just sits there at a black screen, when u hit join and when theres alot of people having this problem i think it would classify as something that needs to be fixed. Before something like a gun bug, and who knows when this is all fixed i might see this on steam one day but ur losing alot of first timers to problems like these and no one tells them how to fix it.

KF needs to work it's Networking bugs out. I don't even play on-line anymor I just work on my map (No server that work and if there is one everyone joins it)

I'll just summarize the response from one of the several dozen posts about this exact "bug".
You do not connect because-
Misconfigured server
Out of date server
High latency server
Full server

plenty of ppl reported bugs bc they failed to install/update 2k4 correctly. Same goes for ppl running servers, except there's more to do after installing KF.
