ive done that before in Kf 2.0 and it made me go insane jeez the wepons for bw can put down anything making it a less of a challenge 4 them

I don't see any...
But well if you like it that way you could take the LAW and modify some properties IE Fiering speed X5 Damage X2 255 ammo (I believe that is the max allowed)
