Future Cops.
It takes characters from Street Fighter, and Goku from DBZ.
In a live action enviroment.
In it's own storyline which sucks and yet is hilarious at the same time.
It's a fireball battle between Ken and Guile (aka broom head)!
They don't even end up hitting a single shot on each other
