You would need a votekicking system that works in a more dictator-style sense.
Or like Enemy Territory.
It has one where sort of a "pop-up" comes up and there you can choose 'Yes' or 'No'.
Very effective. Hehe. Sometimes a bit too effective though.

Right now does a TK remove points? I know theres an exploit being fixed but if for a tk you lost 5-10 points that would stop lamers a lot.
Long ago I did use to see onslaught servers use a 3 tk's and youre banned for a week mutators.

I hate pricks like that. Sadly, it happens in any good mod. God knows how many times I've been set on fire and subsequently exploded in Alien Swarm, five seconds into a mission.
I wish there was a way you could modify the UT2k4 code so it unleashes a virus into someone's computer after so many TKs, filling their PC with several gigs of East German scat porn.
