I think I now might now answer this myself as well - I played the map again today.
I guess it is a map for KF 1.0. That would be the reason that there are no weapons in the map...

KF-Crash is a map for 1.0, yes.

I suggest you look for screenshots before downloading and attempting any older maps with 2.0.

There were some screenshots from KF-Swamp and they were also from KF1.0 and KF-Swamp is also a 2.0 map. That way I couldn't know that it was 1.0 only.

I hope someone still manages the mappacks so that it will be put into the next one, as this is often the only way that the new maps reach the servers ^^

Hey, I noticed that the MapPack link (in this page and on the downloads page) only redirects to the Filefront homepage. So I made a map pack and uploaded it and here is the link.

I put in all the maps I could download the only problem is that you have to rename KF-Outdoor Pursuit to KF-Outdoor.

Whats the deal with Kf-School, I got to a server using it and I get a huge download from some server thru the game. The map file and music files are all in the right folder, why is it making me take freaking 2 hours to download something?

You either put them in the wrong folders or the host has a different version than you.

Long time since I posted here, yeah I lost the maps long ago so it stinks that the links seem to not work =/ well I don't mind the wait I guess... well if any one has a folder with all the maps in it maybe they can pass me the folder so I can have them again maybe they have more better maps then whats I used to have and or found.

well i'm sort of drifting back over to KF, havnt played it in a long long time, so i'm checking around, updating the the list

i'll check the old links, see whats dead, try and fix them if i have the maps
