But back to Pyramid Head (or the Red Pyramid, as he is officially named...  ) he was definately a screwed up individual. That constant scraping noise his Great Knife makes was unnerving as hell. I loved the last time you face him... I made the mistake of playing SH2 on Easy, because I was afraid Pyramid Head was gonna rape my char. Turns out it was the other way around.. |

Oh, well, he's never all that hard... just freaky... not many Silent Hill games were challenging at all... (hell, you could beat the last boss by STROLLING away from his attacks...)
And I beat it on Normal without saving or dying in one night... mostly because I didn't have my memory card... lol...

I finished the game with over 300 handgun bullets, 150 shotgun shells and atleast 50 healing items. I'm gonna play it again on the hardest setting.  And actually, SH1 was pretty hard at times from the parts I played of it...then again, I was playing on the comp...as my PS2 doesn't play PS1 games, and my PS1 is...extremely dirty, I dunno if it'll work. So I d/led an emulator..and the controls sucked. |

Imho SH 2 had the hardest-to-understand story of all the SH games. I didn't understand the story as good as the other ones, not to say I was left with a big fat question mark above my head after the ending sequence... I played it about 4 times through on different settings and different endings, but was never able to make enough sense of the story.

That's the problem. Too many people compare the movie with the games, but it has rather to be seen as a standalone story without any relationship to the games except it's labled Silent Hill.
And yes, I hate the "cinema-morons" too, when they are laughing out of place, commenting the movie out of place... I always wish there was a rattle snake in their popcorn buckets.
